Job Overview:
The Industry Expert Partner will play a key role in driving growth in the Agribusiness sector, supporting customers with specialist expertise and delivering tailored solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop in-depth knowledge of customer businesses and financial needs
- Design and implement strategies to maintain strong customer relationships and grow their accounts
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures
- Collaborate with product partners and stakeholders to meet customer needs
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience in commercial banking frontline roles and commercial lending
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and handle service queries effectively
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills to assist customers and colleagues
- Attention to detail when reviewing agreements and contracts
- Ability to assess customer credit obligations and manage multiple tasks efficiently
