Industrial Digital Transformation Expert

Schneider Electric is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the future of industrial digital transformation. As a deep technical expert, you will contribute to our IDT team and shape innovative digital strategies that unlock efficiency and long-term value.

Your Impact

  • Develop and execute digital transformation strategies aligned with client business objectives.
  • Deliver complex digital programs using agile methodologies and hybrid waterfall best practices.
  • Manage cross-functional agile teams and programs of work, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) with knowledge of MES integration to ERP, LIMS, and middleware.
  • Engage stakeholders at all levels for clear communication and alignment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Apply strategic thinking to identify opportunities for innovation and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to process control and advanced process control solution design and implementation.
  • Produce high-quality documentation and communications supporting program delivery and stakeholder engagement.

What You Bring

  • Tertiary qualification in Chemical Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience delivering digital programs in industrial sectors.
  • Extensive experience with MES systems, knowledge of MES integration, and middleware.
  • Proven track record managing digital programs and applying agile methodologies and hybrid waterfall best practices.
  • Industry experience in Chemicals, Oil and Gas, and Mining.
  • Strong communication and writing skills with ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and influence across stakeholder groups.
  • Experience in process control and advanced process control technologies.
  • Strategic mindset with ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
