Job Description

As a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of caregivers to deliver high-quality care services to clients;
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports of client interactions and team performance;
  • Providing training and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge;
  • Identifying and resolving conflicts or issues within the team;
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate IV in Aged Care or a related field;
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar leadership position;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications;
