Leadership Role for Early Childhood Professionals

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to lead our team at an esteemed childcare facility.

About the Position
  • As a key member of our team, you will mentor educators, ensuring exceptional care and fostering their growth.
  • You will build strong relationships with families, keeping them informed and confident in the quality of care.
  • Supporting educators to deliver contemporary early childhood practices and embed a robust curriculum is a key aspect of this role.
  • You will champion your Centre as a beacon of excellence, upholding values of bravery, positivity, thoughtfulness, and professionalism.
  • Implementing visible educational programs on a digital platform, encouraging collaboration from families, children, and educators, is a crucial part of this position.
  • Maintaining children's learning profiles and driving continuous improvement through self-assessment is also essential.
Essential Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) role is required.
  • Familiarity with the National Quality Framework (NQS) is essential.
  • A Working with Children's Check (QLD Paid Blue Card) is necessary.
