About the Role
Seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to advance their career in a leadership position. This is a casual opportunity requiring flexibility across various shifts, primarily covering night shifts.
The role demands high attention to detail and leadership skills to manage daily operations within a team. A successful candidate will oversee the safe, efficient, and effective leadership and management of the facility outside business hours, focusing on patient outcomes and clinical oversight.
Requirements
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) relevant to the scope of practice;
- At least five (5) years of clinical experience in critical care environments;
- Current Advanced Life Support (ALS) and PLS certification or willingness to obtain;
- Knowledge of facility requirements and standards;
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role in healthcare;
- Postgraduate qualifications in Critical Care Nursing (ICU, CCU, or ED);
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills;
- Leadership, human resource, and business acumen.
