Senior Physiotherapist Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our team in a part-time capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and clinical support to physiotherapy staff, as well as participating in quality improvement projects.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment, where you will have the chance to make a real impact on patient care.

About the Role

The Senior Physiotherapist will provide leadership and clinical support to level 2 and 3 physiotherapists working in aged care facilities across Brisbane.

  • Provide leadership and clinical support to physiotherapy staff
  • Participate in quality improvement projects

You will also be responsible for participating in relevant meetings, working parties and committees to foster partnership between care services staff and physiotherapy team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Relevant physiotherapy qualification
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience working as a physiotherapist within Australian aged care and/or hospital facilities
  • Strong professionalism and commitment to person centred care
  • Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts and travel between sites
