Customer Experience Manager

Nufarm, a leading global agricultural innovator, is seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join its Horsham, Victoria team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day tasks, providing training and development, and building effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders.
This is a permanent role offering a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, plus benefits such as employee assistance program, career development opportunities, and vehicle leasing through salary sacrifice.
About the Role
As a key member of the Nuseed team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, strong communication and organizational abilities, and a proven track record of success in similar roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day tasks and provide training and development to team members
- Build and maintain effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct regular reporting and analysis for informed decision-making
- Coordinate the Canola seed portfolio, including order management, dispatch, and customer communications
