About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employee Relations Manager to join our People Strategy & Services team at Officeworks Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an employee relations strategy that spans our diverse business units, encompassing Stores, Support Offices, Customer Fulfilment Centres, and Customer Service Centre.
  • Mentor and guide the ER team and management stakeholders in achieving effective employee relations solutions through proactive learning and development initiatives.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with stakeholders to foster best practices in employee relations, advising on policies, compliance, and emerging trends.
  • Manage workplace litigation matters, coordinating with external advisors and preparing necessary documentation.
  • Ensure business compliance with regulatory requirements across APAC markets, minimizing risk exposure.
About You

You will be a commercially astute professional with a deep-seated passion for Employment Law and extensive experience in Employee Relations. You will have a proven track record of successfully developing and implementing ER strategies with the complexities of retail and supply chain industries in mind.

You will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication abilities, and a talent for cultivating positive and impactful relationships. You will also have a customer-focused mindset, with the ability to work with a range of people and at all levels across the organisation.
