We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dock Worker to join our team at Kaizen Lab Inc. as a Waste Management Specialist. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient processing and handling of organic materials and recyclables.

• Work closely with our Lead Hand-Organics to perform wash dock duties and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Process and handle organic materials, including washing, sanitizing, and organizing recycling totes.
• Support our recycling program for industrial, commercial, and institutional customers, ensuring accurate and timely collection and processing of materials.
• Collaborate with drivers to load and unload materials as needed, and perform sundry duties as assigned by your supervisor.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, prioritizing safety and efficiency in all aspects of your work.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to establish effective professional relationships with colleagues.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or wash system environment, or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and a strong work ethic.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
