Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate safe and meaningful family time for children and young people in the Permanency Support Program (Out of Home Care)
- Mentor children and young people in various settings
- Provide written updates and reports
- Ensure thorough communication and documentation
Requirements:
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Written communication skills, including the ability to write reports and complete formal documentation
- Individual and team work
- Flexibility: willingness to work non-standard hours as required
- Required Checks: current NSW Working With Children Check, NDIS Workers Screening Check, and full COVID vaccination status
- Driving License: possession of an Australian Driver's License
- Qualification in Human Services, Certificate IV or Diploma in Community Services is highly desirable
