Job Title: Executive Assistant to the Principal

Nazareth College is seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Assistant to support the Principal in their leadership role. The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills, be able to multitask, and manage confidential situations with discretion.

About the Role

The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the Principal, ensuring the smooth operation of the College. This includes coordinating meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Principal, including coordinating meetings and managing correspondence
  • Manage confidential situations with discretion and maintain accurate records
  • Develop and implement administrative systems to improve College operations
  • Collaborate with College staff to achieve strategic goals and objectives
