Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems to streamline HR processes, including recruitment, contracting, onboarding, offboarding, induction, training, and performance management.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide counseling on HR-related matters and support employees with queries and concerns.
  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process through to second interviews, including conducting qualifying interviews and testing.
  • Develop training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Assist in performance management processes to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for growth.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 2 years experience in an HR role.
  2. Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.).
  3. Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures.
  4. Proficient in MS Office.
  5. Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
  8. BSc/BA in business administration, social studies, or a relevant field; further training will be a plus.
