Human Resource Officer Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resource Officer to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.

Your primary focus will be on streamlining HR processes, including recruitment, contracting, onboarding, offboarding, induction, training, and performance management. You will provide expert counseling on policies and procedures relating to HR and be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process through to second interviews.

You will also develop training and development programs, assist in performance management processes, and support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues. Additionally, you will maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements and review employment and working conditions and rates to ensure legal compliance.

This is a challenging role that requires strong organizational and time-management abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and problem-solving and decision-making aptitude. If you have experience in an HR officer, administrator, or other HR position, knowledge of HR functions, understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures, and proficiency in MS Office, we encourage you to apply.
