Human Resource Officer Role

As a Human Resource Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.

  • Streamlining HR processes involves streamlining recruitment, contracting, onboarding, offboarding, induction, training, and performance management.
  • Providing counseling on policies and procedures relating to HR is an essential function.
  • Assisting in the recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process through to second interviews.
  • Developing training and development programs enhances employee skills.
  • Supporting performance management processes ensures employees meet expectations.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records according to policy and legal requirements is crucial.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in HR officer, administrator, or other HR positions is preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR functions including pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development is required.
  • Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures is essential.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications is necessary.
