- Streamlining HR processes involves streamlining recruitment, contracting, onboarding, offboarding, induction, training, and performance management.
- Providing counseling on policies and procedures relating to HR is an essential function.
- Assisting in the recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process through to second interviews.
- Developing training and development programs enhances employee skills.
- Supporting performance management processes ensures employees meet expectations.
- Maintaining accurate employee records according to policy and legal requirements is crucial.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in HR officer, administrator, or other HR positions is preferred.
- Knowledge of HR functions including pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development is required.
- Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures is essential.
- Proficient in MS Office applications is necessary.
