Insurance Claims Support Specialist

Talentpath is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Insurance Claims Support Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the claims management team, you will play a vital role in providing responsive and proactive claims management services for our members and third parties.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and feedback promptly.
- Offer accurate information and resolve complaints professionally.
- Build trust and maintain relationships with customers and their representatives.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Process claims accurately and efficiently.
This 6-month temporary contract offers a competitive salary of $35.88/hour + Superannuation, as well as comprehensive training and opportunities for growth and development.
Requirements- Previous contact centre experience desired.
- Previous experience in claims management or case management desired.
- Insurance experience is a plus but not required.
- Knowledge of the claims process is beneficial.
- Passion for supporting the community in tough times.
- Competitive hourly rate of $35.88 + Superannuation
