Expert Technical Services Provider

The role of the IT Support Specialist is to provide comprehensive technical assistance to end-users across various shifts. Key responsibilities include:
- Rendering infrastructure and communication system support at regional WA and QLD sites as needed.
- Traveling to remote locations to install, replace, and maintain TVs, access points, and other hardware components.
- Supporting wireless and GPON network technologies, PAGA, and CCTV systems.
Additionally, the position involves:
- Troubleshooting infrastructure, network, and AV issues effectively, minimizing downtime.
- Maintaining accurate documentation, including ticket resolution notes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and deliver exceptional service.
- Providing FIFO backfill support to other clients as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong experience in desktop, network, and AV support.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.
- Clear and professional written communication skills for documentation and ticketing.
- Ability to work effectively with a user base on varying shift patterns.
- Organized, proactive, and self-driven with a commitment to excellent customer service.
- Willingness and capability to travel and work on FIFO rosters to regional sites.
- Experience coordinating with stakeholders and working autonomously in remote environments.
A Bachelor's degree in IT or related field is desirable, along with Cisco CCNA or similar certification.
