Guest Experience Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Guest Experience Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing personalized service, ensuring that every interaction is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign rooms according to guest requests and preferences whenever possible
  • Handle general enquiries and provide a friendly, genuine service with each guest experience
  • Assist with verifying and adjusting billing for guests whilst following up with guest questions and requests
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests to enable future bookings

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience with OPERA property management system or similar
  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Working rights in Australia
  • Enthusiasm to escalate your career
  • Self-motivation, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to manage working overnights
