As a Product Support Advisor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support and product guidance to our clients across the mining equipment sector in Western Australia.

About the Position
  • You will serve as the primary technical contact for clients, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving product issues efficiently.
  • Provide comprehensive training and coaching to customers on the effective operation and maintenance of our mining equipment.
  • Collaborate closely with our engineering and manufacturing teams to convey customer feedback and requirements effectively.
  • Prepare detailed technical documentation and user manuals to facilitate the implementation and use of our products.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance our product offerings and customer service based on client needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and support activities.

What We Are Looking For
  • Preferably, at least 3 years' experience in a technical support or product advisory role, preferably within the mining equipment industry.
  • A strong understanding of the design, operation, and maintenance of heavy equipment used in mining and extractive applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Ability and willingness to provide support to our resource clients outside of regular business hours over the phone, if required.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex technical or product issues.
  • Skilled at conveying technical information in an easy-to-understand manner for customers.
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant engineering or technical discipline such as boilermaking in heavy fabrication is highly regarded.
