Job Overview

Main Responsibilities
  • Cultivate customer relationships and contribute to achieving sales, service, and profit targets in the gases and welding equipment market.
  • Increase profitability through effective price and contract management, as well as product substitution.
  • IDentify and capitalize on growth opportunities with existing customer accounts and new business prospects.
  • Nurture mutually beneficial relationships with prospective and current customers.
  • Provide expert technical assistance, solutions, and deliver outstanding customer experience.
Requirements
  • Possess strong selling and business development skills, including customer negotiation.
  • Thorough understanding of price and contract management.
  • Experience in growing existing accounts, generation, and conversion.
  • Excellent time management skills and a results-driven approach.
  • Natural negotiator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bonus: Proficiency in welding, fabrication, or similar trade.
