Job Overview

The role of Area Manager is a key position within the company, requiring an individual to lead our high-performing team in Kalgoorlie.

This key role involves maintaining and elevating the standards of our customer-facing and sales teams, delivering exceptional customer and product support across capital equipment and aftermarket wear solutions with a high level of professionalism.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to develop and execute strategies to grow existing accounts, initiate new business, and drive sales through both individual and team efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategies to grow existing accounts and initiate new business, driving sales through individual and team efforts.
  • Identify and act on new marketing opportunities to support business growth and market presence.
  • Conduct onsite inspections, providing technical advice to enhance product performance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Demonstrate solid mechanical aptitude and prepare high-quality correspondence, tender responses, and manage contractual processes.
  • Ensure a commitment to zero harm behaviours in support of developing a world-class safety culture.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in heavy industry—particularly underground or surface mining—is highly regarded, with a strong understanding of Ground Engaging Tools (GET) products.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a commitment to high-quality work, safety, and ethical standards.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in computer use, including basic data entry.
