Administrative Support Specialist

About the Role

You will play a central role in keeping the office running smoothly, while also supporting key internal teams including operations, people and culture, and membership. This is a varied and engaging role where you will manage reception duties, coordinate team engagement, meetings and events, and support day-to-day administrative needs across the organisation.

You will be passionate about the work of the organisation and committed to supporting people affected by poverty, disadvantage and inequality. Experience working in the non-profit or community sector will be highly regarded. To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • At least 2 years' experience in administration or clerical support
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general technical confidence
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage time and competing priorities
  • A flexible, organised and professional approach to working with multiple teams
