Organisation Development Specialist

The ideal candidate will be organised, have excellent communication skills, and be able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
This role will involve managing various marketing channels, assisting with content creation, implementing campaigns, supporting training and events, and maintaining the company's online presence.
Responsibilities:- Creating engaging content for multiple platforms.
- Planning, booking, and organising internal and external events.
- Managing the company's social media presence, including creating and scheduling content and community management.
- Supporting the marketing team in updating and maintaining the website and CRM.
- Producing or updating documents using PowerPoint, Canva, and Word.
- General marketing administration work as required by management.
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing and/or HR.
- A good understanding of social media marketing platforms and strategy.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
