
Senior Organisational Wellbeing Specialist

Converge is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Team Leader to join our team in Sydney.
About the Role- Working effectively within the wider clinical leadership team to accomplish organisational and personal goals.
- Overseeing and leading a team of Critical Incident clinicians.
- Conducting administrative tasks associated with managing and supporting the Critical Incident program.
The ideal candidate will be a registered Psychologist, Social Worker or Counsellor with at least three years' experience in a supervisory role and five years' experience working in the organisational wellbeing industry.
They will possess strong people management skills, experience in delivering workplace counselling services, and knowledge of problem solving and counselling.

Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Critical Incident clinicians.
- Conduct interviews, inductions and ongoing mentoring of staff.
- Monitor and connect with consultants to ensure engagement and quality assurance.
- Assist with clinical escalations and complaints management.
- A registered Psychologist, Social Worker or Counsellor.
- At least three years' experience in a supervisory role.
- Five years' experience working in the organisational wellbeing industry.
