Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced WHS and Wellbeing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective WHS and wellbeing strategies to mitigate risks and promote a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with business leaders and specialist teams to identify hazards and develop solutions.
- Monitor and review our WHS and wellbeing framework to ensure it remains up-to-date and effective.
- Proactively manage injury prevention and workers' compensation programs to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Lead organisational risk reduction initiatives to create a safe and healthy workplace culture.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop practical solutions.
