Resource Management Specialist

">
  • Facilitate effective resource planning and management through workforce demand analysis, strategic workforce planning, and workforce reporting.
  • Develop and maintain a resource database to effectively manage resource capability and capacity.
  • Analyse current, planned, and future resource levels to provide forward guidance to stakeholders for recruitment and capability management.
  • Establish and maintain SQEP data attributes within the database to ensure supplied resources meet forecast demands.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to articulate forecast resource requirements based on project timelines, team capacity, and organisational goals.
  • Develop strategies to optimise resource allocation.
  • Provide support to working groups through reporting and data analysis functions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritise business requirements for alignment with project objectives.
  • Analyse business processes and propose solutions to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
  • Create business requirements documents, functional specifications, and process flow diagrams for clear communication with development teams and stakeholders.

About You

">
  • A tertiary qualification in business administration, computer science, or a related field is desirable.
  • Extensive experience in business analysis within a complex organisation is required.
  • Proficiency in data analysis software such as Saviom or Tableau is desirable.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.
  • Requirements gathering, documentation, and process analysis are essential.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a complex stakeholder environment.
