Job Title: HR Business Analyst
Job OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- The successful candidate will translate business needs into technical specifications for our development and IT teams.
- The HR Business Analyst will identify opportunities to improve and streamline business processes.
The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for new system implementations or upgrades.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including process maps, user stories, and test plans.
- Support the implementation of new systems and provide training and support to end-users.
- Ensure solutions meet business objectives and comply with relevant regulations.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong background in HR, Payroll, and/or HSE.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and payroll software.
- Knowledge of HSE standards and best practices is a plus.
