About the Role
We're seeking a data analyst with expertise in workforce metrics and analytics to join our Corporate Services team.
As a People and Culture Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for turning workforce data into impactful insights that inform key business decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and maintaining dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights into workforce trends.
- Developing scalable reporting frameworks and automating recurring reports.
- Ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and governance across People systems.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to translate complex data into business-relevant insights.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Tertiary qualification in HR, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 6 years' experience in data analytics or reporting with a strong understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance.
- Proficient using data and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM).
- Proven ability to manage projects, implement systems, and build reporting frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn business needs into actionable insights.
