Workforce Data Analyst

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced data analyst to join our team. As a workforce data analyst, you will be responsible for extracting insights from workforce metrics and trends. Your role will involve designing and building dashboards and reports to provide stakeholders with actionable information.

You will work closely with various teams across the organization to understand their data needs and develop scalable reporting frameworks. Your ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner will be essential in influencing business decisions.

We are looking for a highly skilled data analyst who can bring their expertise to our team. If you have experience in HR analytics, data visualization, or a related field, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and build dashboards and reports to provide insights into workforce metrics and trends.
  • Develop scalable reporting frameworks and automate recurring reports.
  • Evaluate data accuracy and compliance across People systems.
  • Communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.
  • Support system enhancements and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A tertiary qualification in HR, IT, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 6 years' experience in data analytics or reporting with a strong understanding of data privacy regulations.
  • Proficiency in using data and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience with HRIS systems.
