
People and Workforce Insights Specialist

">Role Overview">As a People and Culture Data Analyst, you will play a key role in unlocking insights from our workforce data. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding business decisions, informing strategic planning, and shaping key programs that drive organisational performance.
">Key Responsibilities">- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights into workforce metrics and trends.
- Develop scalable reporting frameworks and automate recurring reports to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and governance across people systems, upholding the highest standards of data integrity.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, communicating complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
- Support system enhancements and contribute to digital transformation initiatives, driving continuous improvement in reporting processes and analytics capabilities.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
">- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- A minimum of 6 years' experience in data analytics or reporting, with a strong understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance.
- Proficiency in using data and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Experience with HRIS systems, including SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM.
- Proven ability to manage projects, implement systems, and build reporting frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn business needs into actionable insights.
This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on your ability to obtain and maintain these clearances.
