Drive business expansion by leveraging your expertise in sales and channel relationships to develop and execute strategic growth initiatives.
We are seeking an experienced professional to manage channel relationships, drive sales initiatives, and increase market share. Your strong background in high-tech sales, preferably in the AV or Unified Communications industry, will enable you to leverage your experience working with channels and selling to various vertical markets.
Your ability to communicate plans and articulate ideas will be essential in this role. You must have a proven track record of delivering sales results and demonstrate strong personal accountability. Additionally, your technical understanding of AV products, especially AV merging with IP, is advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales growth initiatives
- Manage channel relationships with distributors, resellers, and alliance partners
- Drive sales initiatives for Pro AV and IT channels
- Increase market share and win mind share
- Convert projects and customers to our company
- Represent our company at trade shows, events, and customer meetings
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of high technology sales experience
- 5+ years complex AV solution/consultative selling experience
- Experience working with channels, distributors, resellers, and alliance partners
- Proven track record delivering sales results and strong personal accountability
- Technical understanding of AV products, especially AV merging with IP (advantageous)
