Job Title: Sales Growth Manager

We are seeking a Sales Growth Manager to drive business expansion in Australia. This role is ideal for someone with experience in outbound B2B sales, business development, or partnerships.

  • The successful candidate will develop and execute sales strategies to target mid-market and SME businesses through proactive outbound sales efforts.
  • This includes managing deals from prospecting to close, building strong relationships with finance, operations, and leadership teams.
  • The Sales Growth Manager will drive new business growth by engaging in high-volume outbound prospecting, booking meetings with decision-makers, and converting leads into long-term customers.
  • This role also involves building and scaling strategic partnerships to drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • The Sales Growth Manager will deliver compelling sales messaging, positioning ANNA as the leading solution for business spending and expense management, tailoring pitches to customer pain points.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets is essential in this role, contributing to ANNA's expansion across Australia.
  • The Sales Growth Manager will leverage data and CRM tools to track pipeline performance and refine sales approaches based on real-time insights.
  • Collaboration across teams is key, working with Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations to optimize outbound strategies and enhance sales effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to target mid-market and SME businesses.
  2. Manage deals from prospecting to close, building strong relationships with finance, operations, and leadership teams.
  3. Drive new business growth through high-volume outbound prospecting, booking meetings with decision-makers, and converting leads into long-term customers.
  4. Build and scale strategic partnerships to drive sustainable revenue growth.
  5. Deliver compelling sales messaging, positioning ANNA as the leading solution for business spending and expense management.
  6. Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to ANNA's expansion across Australia.

  8. Collaborate across teams to optimize outbound strategies and enhance sales effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in outbound B2B sales, business development, or partnerships, ideally within fintech, SaaS, or financial services.
  • Proven ability to exceed quotas, drive new business, and win high-value customers in a competitive market.
  • Experience selling to finance and operations leaders in mid-market and SME businesses.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers at all levels.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset - a self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, high-performance environment.
  • Strong business acumen - ability to understand financial products and position ANNA as a game-changing solution.
  • Comfort with CRM and sales automation tools (Salesforce, Outreach, HubSpot, SalesLoft).
