Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead our customer marketing strategy and drive meaningful customer relationships. This role is crucial in our organisation, requiring collaboration with stakeholders to develop and deliver integrated campaigns that address the customer lifecycle and their financial motivations.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a customer marketing strategy to enhance customer engagement
  • Lead and manage customer journey communication plans from start to finish
  • Support planning and execution of email, direct mail, statement inserts and messaging, call centre and branch leads
  • Analyse data to inform design and customer engagement programs that drive results
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements for all activities
  • Set, monitor and review campaigns to achieve better value and conversion

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer marketing, campaign management, data driven or loyalty marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
  • Adobe or Salesforce experience highly desirable
  • Financial Services or insurance background highly regarded
