Job Description

This role will be based in Sydney, NSW, and will involve managing facilities services across Australia, the Philippines, and India.

The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in directly supervising multi-building operations and will possess strong knowledge and experience across the full spectrum of facilities management.

The ideal candidate will be an accomplished leader with a successful track record of delivering strategic operating plans through leading practices and rigorous performance standards.

You will be responsible for delivering safe and compliant workplaces across Asia-Pacific (APAC), anticipating client needs, and delivering exceptional performance within the contract.

This leadership position requires strong technical certification/accreditation in a related discipline (Mechanical or Electrical preferred) and knowledge of commercial real estate, project management, and real estate finance fundamentals.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure service delivery expectations are exceeded.
  • Manage financial performance results by providing input and managing annual operations financial plans.
  • Work with Global Account Director & Operations Director to ensure all project work beyond FM scope of work delivery, is appropriately scoped for with JLL business for pricing.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have significant experience with vendor performance management and excellent Client Relationship Management skills.
