About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to oversee B2B customer experience, working collaboratively with the team to drive sales service levels and build strong relationships with clients.

  • Building and developing client relationships to drive sales growth
  • Troubleshooting order and delivery issues to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Processing all customer orders efficiently and effectively
  • Creating style masters and uploading styles onto nominated buying platforms
  • Liaising with Production Teams and Warehouses to track deliveries and meet customer deadlines
  • Coordinating with delivery partners and DCs to resolve delivery issues and ensure timely stock availability
  • Administering invoices and credit invoices with precision and accuracy

A key responsibility of this role is attending fortnightly budget meetings to inform the CEO of order status for the current and following month.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Intermediate level Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong ability to prioritise and multitask
  • A positive and proactive attitude, upholding values at all times
  • Experience in customer service roles or similar
