Job Title: Fleet Service Excellence Manager

The role of the Fleet Service Excellence Manager is crucial in delivering exceptional service and account management to major VTC fleets. This position brings together technology and customer-centric approaches to drive customer uptime and service excellence.

  • This person will act as the customer's single point of contact, navigating processes, tools, and people to support customers and resolve their needs efficiently.
  • Provide timely and accurate service support and reporting on customers' vehicles and fleets.
  • Maintain accurate customer information in our database, ensuring up-to-date records.
  • Effectively communicate with dealership service team members, customers, and stakeholders to provide clear updates on vehicle progress and solutions.
  • Offer breakdown assistance, collaborate with other dealers on behalf of customers, and ensure communication of status is in place.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working in a service department in a customer-facing position.
  • A strong customer focus and well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient user of MS Excel to run data analysis.
  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage conflicting priorities while remaining organized.
