The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IR/WR within a large organisation, a practical, open-minded approach to complex issues, familiarity with the Fair Work Act and modern awards, excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, a practical, adaptive and open-minded approach, and fresh thinking aligned with evolving work practices.
