About the opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Female Team Leader to oversee the effective and safe running of our sites. This administrative and hands-on focused role requires experience in managing participants with complex care and high physical needs, as well as a passion for supporting individuals in realizing their full potential.


  • Lead teams in delivering high-quality support services to participants with complex needs
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote independence and personal growth
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Manage rosters, administrative tasks, and maintain accurate records
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to support workers

About the ideal candidate

We are looking for a Female Team Leader with strong leadership and organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage teams. The successful candidate will have a strong ability to engage with clients, families, and care teams, maintain positive relationships, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality support services.

  • Must be able to work outside of operational hours when required
  • Demonstrated ability to manage conflict and maintain a safe working environment
  • Strong administrative skills, including computing, reporting, and rostering
  • Previous Team Leader experience is desirable

Mandatory requirements

  • Cert III or higher in Disability Services or 12 months experience
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • NDIS Orientation module (NDIS Quality Safety & You)
  • Working with Children Check (underage participants only)
  • Driver's Licence
  • Reliable vehicle
  • Comprehensive Vehicle Insurance
