About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our team, responsible for the effective and safe running of our sites. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting individuals with complex care needs and a strong leadership style.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage participants with complex care needs, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Develop and implement strategies to support participants in achieving their goals and maximizing their independence.
  • Collaborate with the care team to provide high-quality care and support services.
  • Manage rosters, staff, and resources to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Cert III or higher in Disability Services or 12 months of experience.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • NDIS Orientation module (NDIS Quality Safety & You).
  • Working with Children Check (for underage participants only).
  • Driver's Licence.
  • Car Insurance.
  • Reliable vehicle.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with Autism and complex behaviors.
  • Personal care experience.
  • Ability to work sleepovers and flexible hours.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification.
