Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalized support to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with disabilities, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and communication.
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless support and care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in disability support.
Requirements
  • Full Australian Work Rights
  • Relevant qualifications in Disability or equivalent (Cert III or IV)
  • 2+ doses of Covid-19 Vaccinations
  • Australian Drivers License
  • National Police Check (issued in last 24 months)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • First Aid
  • Working With Children Check
  • Experience (2+ years preferable)

Our pay covers penalty rates for higher wages when working nights, weekends, or public holidays, as well as overtime. We have a dedicated employee support team to help our employees get the most out of their job, and 24/7 incident response if anything unexpected happens on shift. We take responsibility for working conditions and employee wellbeing.
