**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Melbourne office as an Account Executive. This role is crucial in promoting our customer-centric culture among our existing and prospective commercial and residential partners in Victoria.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure positive representation of our brand.
  • On-board and develop new customers to meet growth expectations and achieve monthly budgets.
  • Conduct a minimum of 8 face-to-face customer visits per week to maintain high-level customer relationships.
  • Follow up on commercial leads for assigned customers and develop supply plans with domestic builder programs.
  • Ensure customer growth meets or exceeds market trends and champion our products, providing high-level sales support.
  • Develop and manage relationships with trade, commercial, and residential customers, providing strategic account and territory management.
  • Attend weekly sales meetings with the branch manager and communicate proactively with branch management and sales teams via monthly reports.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience working with established brands or projects.
  • Proven sales history in HVAC or associated industry.
  • Demonstrable proof of strategic account & territory management.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • A good knowledge of current technology trends & the Australian competitive landscape.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
  • Sales process or management qualifications.
  • A trade qualification in Refrigeration / Air Conditioning or Electrical is advantageous.
  • Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background is advantageous.
