**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Account Executive to join our Melbourne office. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our customer-centric culture among existing and prospective commercial and residential partners in Victoria.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and nurture existing customer relationships to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • On-board and develop new customers to meet growth expectations and expand our market presence.
  • Maintain high-level customer relationships, ensuring positive representation of Temperzone and our products.
  • Conduct regular face-to-face customer visits to build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Follow up on commercial leads for assigned customers to ensure timely and effective sales support.
  • Develop and implement supply plans with domestic builder programs to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly budgets for both Temperzone and our partners to ensure business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure customer growth meets or exceeds market trends to maintain our market leadership position.
  • Champion Temperzone and our products, providing high-level sales support to customers and partners.
  • Develop and manage relationships with trade, commercial, and residential customers to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide strategic account and territory management, including pricing and marketing support to customers and partners.
  • Attend weekly sales meetings with the branch manager to discuss sales performance, customer relationships, and business growth opportunities.
  • Communicate proactively with branch management and sales teams via monthly reports to ensure effective sales support and business growth.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience working with established brands or projects.
  • Proven sales history in HVAC or associated industry.
  • Demonstrable proof of strategic account & territory management.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • A good knowledge of current technology trends & the Australian competitive landscape.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
  • Sales process or management qualifications.
  • A trade qualification in Refrigeration / Air Conditioning or Electrical is advantageous.
  • Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background is advantageous.
