Job Title: Commercial Account Executive

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Account Executive to join our team at Temperzone in Melbourne. This role is crucial in promoting our customer-centric culture among our existing and prospective commercial and residential partners in Victoria.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and nurture existing customer relationships to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • On-board and develop new customers to meet growth expectations and expand our market presence.
  • Maintain high-level customer relationships, ensuring positive representation of Temperzone and our products.
  • Conduct regular face-to-face customer visits to build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Follow up on commercial leads for assigned customers to ensure timely conversion into sales.
  • Develop and implement supply plans with domestic builder programs to increase sales and revenue.
  • Achieve monthly budgets for both Temperzone and Hitachi to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Ensure customer growth meets or exceeds market trends, and provide strategic account and territory management support.
  • Champion Temperzone and Hitachi products, providing high-level sales support and technical expertise.
  • Develop and manage relationships with trade, commercial, and residential customers to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide strategic account and territory management, including pricing and marketing support to drive sales and revenue.
  • Attend weekly sales meetings with the branch manager to discuss sales performance, customer relationships, and business growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years experience working with established brands or projects in the HVAC industry.
  • Proven sales history in HVAC or associated industry, with demonstrable proof of strategic account and territory management.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, with ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
  • A good knowledge of current technology trends and the Australian competitive landscape, with ability to provide strategic account and territory management support.
  • Sales process or management qualifications, with trade qualification in Refrigeration/Air Conditioning or Electrical being advantageous.
