Job Summary:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers in the Civil and Environmental sectors. Your primary objective will be to drive growth and retention within existing customer accounts by understanding their business needs and providing relevant solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact with assigned customers, overseeing onboarding, training, administration, licensing, and support of users.
  • Provide account insights through customer usage and sentiment data analysis.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience in Technical (Geotechnical), Pre-sales, Account Management or similar roles.
  • Experience working with geotechnical solutions and clients in the Civil or Environmental sectors.
  • Experience managing stakeholders and customers in a software environment.
