Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Administrator

Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to manage compensation and benefits processes.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in payroll software, including SAP SuccessFactors and Kronos, and be able to ensure compliance with legislation and internal policies.

  • Process accurate and timely fortnightly payroll for 300 employees across four enterprise agreements.
  • Provide expert advice on payroll matters, including tax, superannuation, leave, and entitlements.
  • Support system configuration, testing, and updates across SAP SuccessFactors and Kronos.
  • Respond to escalations, proactively resolve issues, and improve payroll processes.
  • Communicate system changes and payroll updates to internal stakeholders.

You are an experienced payroll professional with exceptional attention to detail, strong time management, and a proactive mindset.

Key Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll in a large, complex environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, superannuation, and enterprise agreements.
  • Strong SAP SuccessFactors and Kronos experience highly regarded.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including macros and pivot tables, and ability to generate reports.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
