We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Coordinator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the weekly payroll and human resource functions, including performing the role of Return to Work (RTW) Coordinator and supporting senior management in other administrative matters.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monthly payments of employee deductions and statutory payments
  • Workers compensation claims to the insurer and regulator, developing RTW plans and maintaining injury statistics
  • Recruitment and selection
  • Property or plant damage claims to insurers

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills. A Diploma of Human Resources or Cert IV is preferred, along with Certificate in Payroll Management and experience with Payroll in Xero.

We offer a competitive salary package, with benefits including:

  • $50,000 - $100,000 per year
  • 8 hour shift
  • Australia work authorization
  • Riverstone, NSW 2765 location

Please note that relocation to Riverstone, NSW 2765 is required before starting work.
