Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Leader

As a senior professional in the human resources department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a localized remuneration strategy that aligns with business objectives.

  • Develop a comprehensive rewards framework that supports performance-based incentives and recognizes individual contributions.
  • Collaborate with global teams to share best practices and ensure alignment with corporate goals.
  • Provide expert advice to executive leaders, support bid teams, and contribute to initiatives promoting gender pay equity.
  • Oversee the annual remuneration review cycle, executive compensation, and global mobility governance.
  • Promote a culture of recognition through aligned reward systems.
  • Ensure adherence to global frameworks, local regulations, and internal policies.
  • Manage relationships with external providers to enhance non-monetary benefits and employee value proposition.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated success in managing and delivering remuneration programs and strategies.
  • Proven ability to work independently in mid to large-sized organisations while partnering with global teams.
  • Adept at juggling competing priorities while maintaining focus on both strategic and administrative aspects of the role.
  • Prior experience working closely with executive leadership, particularly on executive-level remuneration strategies.
  • Experience in job architecture and organisational design is highly regarded.
