Leasing Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Leasing Business Development Manager to spearhead our rental portfolio growth.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the rental portfolio in line with company objectives.
  • IDentify and secure new business opportunities to expand the rental portfolio.
  • Generate and follow up on leads for new property management business through various channels.
  • Monitor market trends to assess market rental values and provide recommendations to clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with landlords, referral partners, and developers.
About You:
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of Melbourne's rental market, particularly around Melbourne CBD area.
  • Prior experience in business development within the Real Estate industry.
  • Proven success in a Leasing Business Development role.
  • A positive, outgoing, and professional attitude.
  • Confident communicator with excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of current legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Holds a current Agent's Representative Certificate.
