Our team is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Broker Manager. As a Broker Manager, you will drive business growth across our portfolio by delivering exceptional customer service and high standards. You will partner with an assigned network of representatives to profitably grow the business and meet sales and growth targets.

The ideal candidate for this position will have 3+ years of experience in a similar role, a strong understanding of the insurance industry and its trends, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Partner with an assigned network of representatives to profitably grow the business and meet sales and growth targets
  • Work closely with our underwriting team to grow the Commercial Underwriting, Specialty and People Risk portfolios
