
Senior Portfolio Growth Specialist

As a Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and nurturing client relationships. This role requires strategic planning, execution, and collaboration to meet individual and team targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop account strategies to drive renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and expansion opportunities.
- Take ownership of the renewal process, engaging clients in advance of contract expiration to discuss ongoing goals and performance metrics.
- Develop and execute renewal strategies by demonstrating continued value and aligning with client needs.
- Identify and close opportunities to introduce clients to additional features and services that align with their business objectives.
- Proactively pitch and close upsell solutions to increase client engagement and platform adoption.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor to understand business goals and align solutions to meet their needs.
- Lead presentations and product demonstrations to reinforce value and educate clients on product features.
- Partner with internal teams to advocate for client needs and drive customer-focused outcomes.
