
Office Coordination Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Services Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values professionalism, efficiency, and a warm customer experience.
The successful candidate will be a key point of contact both internally and externally, supporting operations and ensuring a seamless customer and employee experience. They will work closely with various teams and provide vital coordination across the business unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support front-of-house operations and create a high-quality visitor experience by coordinating logistics and providing exceptional customer service.
- Manage day-to-day activities including coordinating meetings, events, and administrative tasks.
- Provide administrative support to the team by preparing reports, data entry, and other duties as required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and timely delivery of projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum completion of Year 12
- Certificate III or IV in Business Administration, Office Management
- Formal training or certification in ERP systems
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a receptionist, office coordinator, or executive assistant role
